We are a small team providing business solutions to organisations of varying sizes, each with specialist and different business models serving different business markets. We are currently looking for staff to supplement our team who can communicate well and want to undertake variety of different tasks. We have opportunities to develop skills and experience in the following areas:-
We sell and support an ERP solutions to customers located around the world and are looking for team members to help provide support to users at all level within the customer organisations. Responding predominately to requests received by email or logged directly on the support system, you will be part of a team looking to provide the highest levels of customer service resolving a variety of support requests.
Providing timely and clear business information is more than just writing reports. It is understanding the customer’s request, interpreting what data is required, and presenting this in a usable format. This often requires reviewing the business process used to collect the data to ensure the data is in a consistent and useable format prior to writing\ displaying the information requested.
Businesses evolve over time and so business processes have to be reviewed and need to evolve as technology and business requirements change. Managing change to a business system and the actual process within an organisation is challenging and requires analytical skills and project planning.
Rarely does an application provide everything a customer requires from their business system. The need to customise and develop bespoke modules is essential to providing an efficient solution for our customers. Analysing the requirement and coming up with workable solutions is key to providing a quality solution to day to day business challenges.

Whilst experience may be advantageous we are happy to consider applicants who have core business or IT skills who want to move into application support or consultancy.
